BEING HEALED - THE COURSE
What would happen if…
… you cared less about what other people thought about you?

Believe me, I get it. It’s tough keeping up with everything going on in our lives + dedicating yourself to self-healing. But I believe it’s harder feeling like you can’t be who you really are. It’s harder having so many things to do because you’re choosing to give your energy away rather than give it to yourself. And life does get easier when you set healthy boundaries, stand up for yourself, take care of yourself, and make your self-healing work a priority.
I teach unapologetic self-healing. This means understanding that no one is entitle to any part of you – not your energy, heart, thoughts, assistance, space, money, ideas, intimacy, spirit, freedom – none of it. There is a difference between being kind and over giving for acceptance. There is a difference between helping others + giving so much you feel resentful. There is a difference between being there for our families and having no boundaries so we constantly feel drained and overwhelmed. I teach the importance of giving to others after we’ve given to ourselves + learning to connect to others with love + honesty versus what we think will get us ‘chosen’ or ‘accepted.’ You can be loved, accepted, and appreciated being just who you are.
A huge part of finding your joy, finding your peace, and feeling comfortable + confident accessing it is figuring out what keeps you from having it in the first place. You have to give yourself permission to outgrow toxic environments, people who don’t support you, unhealthy relationships, fear-based thinking, perfectionism, scarcity – all of the things that keep us small. All of the the things that we’ve learned + experienced while growing up, the microaggressions or passive aggressive relationships we’ve encountered that indirectly told us we weren’t worthy. We have to make a choice to outgrow + grieve those experiences so we can have room for the joy. And that is what we do in this course – make room for more of your joy.
P.S. – This isn’t a good fit for you if you’re looking for a quick fix. My goal is to teach you so that you can begin or continue this work for yourself. Self-accountability is apart of my core beliefs in and you WILL have to show up ready to dig deep and unpack. But I know you can do this!

You’ll dig into the unhealthy cycles we’re taught + discover how to step out of them. You’ll also learn how to trust your intuition + begin practicing discernment.
RELEASING WHAT WE CAN'T CONTROL
You’ll learn about focusing your attention on what you can control + releasing the desire to be in charge of every aspect of your life (it’s truly not possible and steals so much of our energy).
INTEGRATE + Q&A
This week you’ll take a break from the course work to go over anything you’d like to revisit. You’ll also join me + the rest of the group on a live Q&A session.
GRIEF + FORGIVENESS
You’ll walk through the many phases of grief + how it helps us forgive and move forward.
CONTINUING THE WORK
You’ll learn how to continue your work outside of this course + receive tools to help you go deeper (if and when you’re ready).
It’s not going to be hard but it won’t always feel good. Most of us avoid looking at the tough stuff and in this course you’ll get a front row seat. But everyone whose taken this course has mentioned how it’s gently moved them through and how they felt so much lighter week after week.
Yes! Once you buy this course, you have it for life – and any course upgrades that are made, you get those too!
We’ll be using a private platform (completely off of social media) where you can share, ask questions, etc. Some group members put their name + picture in their profile and others choose a random name or don’t join the private platform at all. This part is solely up to you + your comfort level.
Absolutely! When the course goes ‘live’ I will be with you to answer questions, guide you, + support you as you go through the course. But if you’re unable to keep up with the course pace, that’s fine too! Sometimes, group members go through a part of the course that they want to stay with for a while – and I encourage this! Feel free to take the course at the comfort level that feels right for you and your schedule.
During week 5, aka integration week, there is a live call where group members can ask questions and get coached live. It’s really helpful to everyone in the course because most of us are experiencing the same things and hearing someone else’s questions or feedback can be so helpful.
