Being Healed is a restorative writing practice, created by me, to help guide you in your self-healing work. It’s formatted to be used in 90 days, however, it can be spaced out & used in any way that feels comfortable to you.
It slowly spaces out journal prompts, questions, affirmations, and meditations while giving in-depth examples and guidance for each weekly topic.
